here is the actual project for the stickers and logos

I know a guy with a vinyl cutter. He cuts stickers pretty cheap. I can give him a ring tomorrow and see what he can do for us.

A good way to get the word out regarding the club is business cards with the club logo/web address on one side, and "you were spotted by:" on the other side. members put their web name and maybe what car they have on the card along with an invitation to browse the new site.

worked well for the Mini Cooper club I was with.

I think we should do cruises to some where every couple months or so. Just to get the HerrKooleD name out there. We are bound to be noticed if we do that. Especially if we are sportin stickers after they are made.

Also Saturday we should have like a meeting. What i mean is once we are all there have everyone gather together so we can discuss what we should do. like should we have to pay dues so that way we can get more things like stickers, banners, etc.

thats just all my suggestions that i have for the moment.

yes we 'll see Saturday, the problem of asking money is to know how much, we need some stimate for the stickers, the shirts... I'm working on it

Once we get all the estimates for the simple stuff that we can get for the start out we can figure it out to make it fair on everyone cause we all know that not everyone has alot of money to spend right now. i think we can make this a successful club and get the name well known in the inland empire

I think it is great there finally is a club in our area. I agree that that money is tough these days for most folks, but once you get the estimates on the stickers and such, it will all come together. As for the business cards, I think that is a cool idea too and Vista Print.com has those free cards but you can't get anything on the back on those. It is worth looking into though.

I have a print connection that is cheap. 1,000 business cards hi gloss for 14 bucks so cards are no problem. I am going to look into an estimate for stickers today
