I was tinkering with my 68 baja tonight and it has been running a little bit rough. So I got the Hanes manual out to check the timing and firing order. When I looked at the firing order I noticed that it was wrong, about 180 Deg out. So I put the wires on the distributor cap the right way and she wouldn't start. I put them back and she fired right up. I took her on a test drive and it still didn't have the power it used to. Any suggestions?

Is the problem came suddenly or progressively ? Don't worry about the 180 deg, for me several solutions, check your points and timing maybe you need a little more advance, did you adjust your valves recently. or last one your carb is maybe a little dirty.
