Ok so when I was putting the 6 bolts back on my oil filter, I broke one off!! I keep checking and I dont seem to have any leaks!
How bad is this??? : (

hey Leila its could pose a problem later down the road. if it does not leak now it may take some time to start. if you need to get the broken part out it can be a pain depending on how much broke off some time they break right at the case or slightly in or out if it is sticking out where you can get some pliers on it you may be able to just twist it out. if it is just at the case or below you can you a left handed drill bit or an easy out but only after you drill it. i have removed many broken studs with both no problems it just takes time. don't worry it may never leak. good luck and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask......

Ya, does need to come out and be replaced, but it is not hard to do ( you ol' bolt snapper you, who do you think you are... ME? LOL

I didn't explain it to good! I have a sump and thats where I snaped the screw that the bolt screws onto???

Im not to good at using my describing words!!! LOL!
