- I have been in Menifee since 1986.My trade is custom cabinet maker.Cars have been a hobby and pastime since I could reach the gas peddle.I enjoy saving cars from ruin and giving them new life.I do the same for old houses. I'm a driver,I love cross country trips.I have been driving to Tennessee(2000 mi.)several times a year since 04. My first crossing of the USA was in a 1959 VW bus,that was 1973.I bought the bus from a junk yard in San Diego and drove it to New Jersey. That was an adventure! Bee safe , Bill .

tthe buggy home today and it started right up...so I took the kids for a ride around the block a couple of times. Guess she just doesn't feel safe away from her neighborhood yet.

timberbill on Tuesday, 06 October 2009 15:40I picked up 2 hitch hiking hippies seperatly and I took them both home in different eastern states before I went home myself.It was an eight day trip to get home for Christmas.We had a few breakdowns,one tow and recieved a little charity to get us home.
I think that bus my still be in my friends garden in Princeton.
